Our commitment to accessibility

Muhni Israel is committed to providing an equal and accessible service to all users, including people with disabilities. We work continuously to improve the accessibility of this website and adapt it to a wide range of needs, in the belief that everyone deserves a full, independent and dignified browsing experience.

Level of accessibility

This website has been made accessible in accordance with Israeli Standard IS 5568 for web content accessibility, which is based on the W3C's WCAG 2.0 guidelines at conformance Level AA. Where beneficial, elements of WCAG 2.1 were also applied. Accessibility was implemented under the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 2013.

Accessibility features on this site

  • The site is fully keyboard operable, including a skip-to-content link on every page.
  • Semantic heading structure and landmark regions for screen-reader navigation.
  • A clear, visible focus indicator for keyboard navigation.
  • Text alternatives (alt) for meaningful images, and labels for form fields.
  • Assistive-technology support via ARIA on interactive components (menus, dialogs, sliders, accordions).
  • Sufficient colour contrast for text and interface elements.
  • Respect for the user's reduced-motion preference (prefers-reduced-motion).
  • Full right-to-left (Hebrew) support and browser text-zoom compatibility.

Known limitations

Despite our efforts to make every part of the site accessible, some areas may not yet be fully accessible or rely on third-party services outside our full control, including:

  • Interactive maps (office / advisor locator) — an accessible text list of results is provided alongside them as a full alternative to the on-map information.
  • Embedded third-party content (video players, audio players, social-media embeds).
  • Downloadable documents produced by third parties.

We continue to work on improving the accessibility of these components. If you encounter a component that is not accessible, please let us know and we will address it promptly.
