Accessibility Statement for the Muhni Israel Website

Last updated: 07/09/2025

1. Introduction

We believe in providing equal opportunity to all audiences, visitors and users with disabilities — both on our website at muhni.co.il and at the Muhni Israel offices in Ramat Gan.

We attach great importance to making our website and its services accessible to all parts of the population, and in particular to users with disabilities.

2. Accessibility adjustments made on the site

We have invested considerable effort and resources in making the services and information on our site accessible to people with disabilities, including via the accessibility toolbar of Negish BeClick Ltd. (“Negish BeClick”), in accordance with the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 2013, with Israeli Standard IS 5568 (“Guidelines for Web Content Accessibility”) at Level AA, and with the accessibility requirements defined by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) under WCAG 2.1 (subject to the changes and additions required by the Israeli standard).

The accessibility toolbar embedded in our site is subject to the terms of use of Negish BeClick.

The site's accessibility is compatible with most leading browsers, such as:

  • Opera
  • Chrome
  • Firefox
  • Safari

Display adjustments on the site:

  • Font size can be changed using the accessibility toolbar or with Ctrl +/- to enlarge and reduce respectively.
  • The site is responsive — adapted for browsing on smartphones.
  • The site allows changing text colours and text contrast, making reading easier for people with low vision.
  • The site allows links to be highlighted.
  • The site allows changing the size and weight of fonts to ease reading.

Adjustments for people with motor disabilities:

Adjustments were made for browsing the site, including the ability to browse using a keyboard without a mouse to move between links, menus and windows, as well as support for screen-reading technologies.

3. Accessibility arrangements at the classrooms of the Muhni Israel Academy for mortgage and financial advice, and at the Muhni Israel offices in Ramat Gan

The following are the accessibility arrangements at the classrooms of the Muhni Israel Academy for mortgage and financial advice and at the Muhni Israel offices, located at 13 Menachem Begin St., Ramat Gan (“the classrooms and offices”).

The classrooms and offices are accessible to visitors with disabilities. The accessibility adjustments include, among others:

  • Accessible parking in the building's car park;
  • Accessible entrance;
  • Lift;
  • Hearing assistance systems;
  • Adapted seating;
  • Accessible signage;
  • An accessible toilet cubicle on the floor of the classrooms and offices.

4. Enquiries regarding the site, the classrooms and the offices

We are committed to enabling customers from all parts of the population, including people with various disabilities, to enjoy our service. We therefore continue our efforts to make the provision of our services accessible.

For the avoidance of doubt, despite the considerable effort we invest in making our site accessible and maintaining it, there may be parts of the site that have not yet been made accessible and/or that we are unable to make accessible, as well as various technical faults.

If you encounter difficulties browsing our site, have any other related question or a question about accessibility at the classrooms and offices, or have any suggestion on the matter, you may contact us at the email address and/or telephone number below:
